Mr. Yim also served as an executive with a boutique international investment banking firm and as the CEO of a real estate financing firm. Relocating to Korea in 2009, Mr. Yim joined Samsung-Tesco as the Executive Director in charge of the legal matters relating to its real estate development program. Mr. Yim is a graduate of Pomona College and UC Davis School of Law. Mr. Yim is the author of a book entitled FAIR PLAY: From Nonsense Republic to Fair Play Republic (2013).
